How do I place an order?

You can place an order by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Click the ‘Add to Cart button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping cart

Step 2: Either you can “Continue shopping” or click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next steps.

Step 3: Provide us with your email address, shipping address and payment details. Finally, click on “place order” to go ahead.

Step 4: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email Confirming your order.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.

I did not receive a confirmation email

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.

The item/size I ordered is out of stock. Why was it on the website?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. Our system does not record individual size quantities, if you order several items in the same size you may experience a slight delay. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item of similar style/colour/ size or we will offer a refund.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can change your order anytime before payment or just cancel this order and create a new one. We do not recommend changing it after you made the payment as it may delay your order.

How can I use discount coupons?

You can apply the available discount coupon on the checkout page.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

We dispatch most orders within 5-9 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays).

While we try our best that no order gets delayed, the delivery timeframe mentioned is an estimate, actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product, address where the order needs to be delivered and any other circumstances that might affect delivery

How can I track my order?

Right now, you get an order details through us.Once an order is packed and ready to be dispatched, you will be assigned an AWB number on your provided phone number. Please provide us with that number or your order number on the given Whatsapp contact and we will reach you quickly. We are also building the tracking feature in our next update.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Right now, all our deliveries come through our delivery Partner Delhivery/TrackonCourier. We are in process of adding more in the future.

Payments

Can I pay through Cash once I receive my order?

No, we support Prepaid (PPD) Orders Only.

Is using my debit card details on modavalley safe?

We use the Secure payment gateway for card payments like instamojo.These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at https://www.modavalley.com/ are processed in an extremely secure environment.

What steps does https://www.modavalley.com/ take to prevent card fraud?

When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents.The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.

Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’
